ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.01.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 376, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 67A of IT Act, 1961 , in Crime No.01 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner married the defacto complainant and thereafter she brought a minor victim girl for abetting the offence in the presence of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state.

5.Considering the facts of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
