Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.8 of 2006, dated 07.01.2008, on the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram, confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.35 of 2004, dated 19.08.2005, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Parangipettai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel 1/3

appearing for the parties submitted that the sole appellant was dead and the sole respondent died on 12.04.2016.

3.So far no steps have been taken and the legal representatives of the parties are not impleaded. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
