This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the civil miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.No.14174 of 2023 in A.S.No.451 of 1998 pending on the file of this Court to Madurai Bench of this Court for hearing along with pending Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD).No.82 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this transfer petition has been filed mainly on the ground that a connected appeal suit in A.S.(MD).No.82 of 2018 was pending before the Madurai Bench of 2/4

this Court and the said appeal suit has been disposed of on 18.03.2025. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this civil miscellaneous petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, C.M.P.No.6040 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
