This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2026 and grant 6 days of emergency leave with escort to the life convict namely T.Suresh S/o.Thirunavukarasu, aged 30 years, Convict No.6380, confined at Central Prison, Puzhal-1, Chennai-66.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/Police submitted that the respondents have already considered the representation of the petitioner and also passed a final order and thereby, this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is dismissed as infructuous.
