No.39 of 2015[CRP(PD).No.4094 of 2015] and;

(ii)To grant stay of all further proceedings in O.S.NO.39 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif of Palladam(MP.No.1 of 2015)pending disposal of the above CRP(PD).No.4094 of 2015. Order: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Sixth day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 13/12/2019 and letter dated 21/12/2021 vide D.No.333/2021 from the Additional District Munsif, Palladam this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 13.12.2019, this Court dismissed C.R.P.(PD). No.4094 of 2015, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Additional District Munsif, Palladam by a letter to the Registry, dated 21.12.2021, seeks extension of three months time to dispose of the suit on the ground that both the counsel for the plaintiff and defendant failed to extend their cooperation and hence, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Additional District Munsif, Palladam, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.39 of 2015 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
