The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the respondent's order dated 11.08.2014 bearing letter No.253/2015 ( OM) and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in the post held by him prior to his termination.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
