This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case against the said persons in respect of the complaint dated 04.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that according to the petitioner, a complaint dated 04.03.2015 was sent by post to the respondentPolice and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
