O R D E R

The Contempt has filed to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 25.11.2021 passed in W.P.No.22386 of 2021 under Contempt of Courts Act.

2. This Court, by its order dated 25.11.2021, disposed of the writ petition and directed the respondents to conduct enquiry, after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, who objects Page No.1 of 2

Contempt Petition No.457 of 2022 to register the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and proceedings was issued vide Na.Ka.No.310/2021, dated 26.03.2022 stating that the subject properties in S.No.19/3 are belong to the Wakf Board, for which, the respondent could not register the document which was presented by the petitioner. If the petitioner obtains No Objection Certificate from the Wakf Board, the respondent have no objection to register the said documents.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no contempt is made out and further order is not necessary and therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed accordingly.
