The petitioners have filed the writ petitions seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to return the vehicles Mahindra Maxximo bearing Registration No.TN 32 AY 6750 and TATA Ace bearing Registration No.TN 03 E 0397 respectively, seized under Form 95 pertaining to STOR No.2 of 2016 dated 02.08.2016.
