This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner in Crime No. Not known of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Mrs.G.Stella, a petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
