This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 229 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. This petition was listed for hearing thrice, but there was no representation on behalf of respondents in all the three hearing. In the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to decide the above petition on merits.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
