ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.24191 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 in Crl.OP.No.21407 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 may be modified as to report before the Principal Special Court, NDPS Act, Chennai instead of to report before the respondent. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the above said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Principal Special Court, NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10:30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
