The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the records relating to the second respondent's order made in Me.Va.No.R1/7509/2012 dated 03.09.2012 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revise the basic pay on par with the junior and to revise and refix the pension and pensionary benefits thereto forthwith.

2. The issue in this writ petition has already been decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.
