O R D E R

The revision petitioners are the defendant 1 and 2 in the suit. The first petitioner / first defendant is aged about 77 years. First respondent herein/ daughter of the first petitioner filed a suit for partition in the year 2017, in which, the petitioners filed written

statement and the matter was posted for trial. Since the first petitioner is of old age, he seeks early disposal of the suit.

2. Considering the age of the first petitioner / first defendant that he is aged about 79 years as of today, this Court is inclined to grant a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

3. Accordingly, learned District Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, considering the age of the first petitioner / first defendant, preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
