By order dated 21.12.2021, O.P.No.1007 of 2019 was allowed by directing that letters of administration be issued to the petitioner with the Will dated 06.12.1995 annexed thereto.

2.By these applications, the applicant seeks an amendment to the petitions and, consequently, to the order dated 21.12.2021. 3.Learned counsel submits that the testator's name is specified in the Will as N.Thirugnana Sambandam. In the petition, the petitioner has specified the name as N.Tirugana Sambandam. The order mentions the name of the testator as N.Thirugnana Sambandam. Therefore, by these applications, the applicant seeks an amendment to the name, wherever found, as N.Tirugana Sambandam alias N.Thirugnana Sambandam. 4.Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the application being allowed.

ah 5.On examining the Will, the death certificate of the testator and the legal heirship certificate, the name of the testator is specified as N.Thirugnana Sambandam. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to amend the name N.Tirugana Sambandam by inserting the words alias N.Thirugnana Sambandam after the name of the testator, wherever found in the petition.
