ORDER

Seeking a direction to the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ponneri, to expedite the trial in SC.No.230 of 2014 in Crime No.988 of 2011 on the file of the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the trial Court has not framed charges since the Material Objects have not sent from the committal Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.It is seen that the learned Judicial Magistrate, *Thiruvottiyur, (Committal Court) has not sent the Material Objects to the Sessions Court.

5.Hence, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, *Thiruvottiyur, to send the Material Objects in Crime No.988 of 2011 to the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ponneri, immediately. On receipt of the same, the trial Court is directed to conduct the trial expeditiously. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
