This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus forbearing the 4th respondent from entertaining and registering any document pertaining to the subject property for which the petitioner has already submitted an objection before the 4th respondent.

Heard Mr.A.Azhageson, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the pending 2/5
litigation between the parties, as and when any document is presented for registration before the 4th respondent, the objection made by the petitioner shall be taken into account before taking a final decision on the registration of the document.
