CMP.No.10181 of 2025 in SA No.427 of 2008 MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR.J., The learned counsel for the respondents reported no objection to order this petition, which has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 4th appellant Moorthy, 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that one of the legal heirs of the 4th appellant is already on record as the appellant no.1 and the proposed petitioners 5 & 6, are the wife and daughter of the deceased 4th appellant.

3. In view of the same, this petition is ordered. The first appellant has been recognised as one of the legal heirs of the deceased 4th appellant and the proposed petitioners 5 and 6 herein, shall stand impleaded as the appellants 6 & 7 in the main second appeal being the other legal heirs of the deceased 4th appellant.
