3. The petitioner has not made out any ground for recalling the matter. Further, the grounds which have been raised by the petitioner for recalling the said order are not tenable and there is no provision of law pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which permits this Court to recall the order already passed.

4. In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
