ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32628 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32628 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
