ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 10.01.2024, passed by the second respondent, thereby transferred the petitioner from Nagapattinam to the Deputy Director of Health Service, Theni District, in the post of District Malaria Officer. 2.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submitted that the petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to make a representation for retirement under voluntary retirement scheme on medical ground. 3.

Considering the said submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek retirement under the voluntary retirement scheme. On receipt of the said request, the second respondent is directed to consider the same on medical ground
