O.P.No.343 of 2022 O.P.No.343 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities of T.S.Rajagopalan, who died intestate on 03.01.2018.
2. The petitioner is his brother's son. The two respondents are his sisters.
3. T.S.Rajagopalan died a bachelor. His parents had predeceased him. The other brothers and sisters have also predeceased him.
4. After following due procedure, the petitioner was directed to tender evidence.
5. The petitioner examined himself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of T.S.Rajagopalan was marked as Ex.P1 and the Death Certificate of other brothers, Viswanathan, T.S.Gurumurthy and T.S.Rama Moorthy were marked as Exs.P2, P3 and P5 and the Death Certificate of his sister T.S.Saraswathi was marked as Ex.P4. The details of the shares and securities were marked as Exs.P6, P7 and P8 and the details of the Bank Account was marked as Ex.P9 and the consent affidavit of the 1st and 2nd respondents were marked as Exs.P10 and P11.
