ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.86 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 in Crime No. 544 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.86 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
