This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Worker/Assistant/Ayya/Cook for Anganwadi Center-Kundalappty, (ii) Nutrition centre-Kalvehalli Panchayat, Kaveripattinam.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed even at the time of certificate verification. That apart, entire selection process was over and other persons were appointed as Anganwadi worker for the Anganwadi Centre, Kundalappati, Nutrition Centre, Panchayat Union Primary School, Kaveripattinam.

3. In view of the above, the request made by the petitioner is barred and the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
