O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the matter has been settled between the parties before the Trial Court . Since there is an interim order granted by this Court, he is not in a position to proceed with the settlement and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Interim order granted by this Court on 16.10.2019 is vacated.
