The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.19092 of 2011 in OS.No.12890 of 2009 on the file of the II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner represented that OS.No.12890 of 2009 on the file of the II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai was already disposed of. He further contended that the First Appeal was also disposed of and a Second Appeal was filed before this court.

3. Since the main suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case and hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
