Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to his impugned order in F.No.891069/Appeal A 30666 dated 01.02.2011.

2. When the matter came up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to subsequent developments nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
