Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.305/A1/2014 dated 04.03.2014 and the consequential order of the third respondent issued in Na.Ka.A1/693/2014 dated 04.03.2014 and quash the said orders in so far the petitioner is concerned and grant the petitioner all consequential benefits.
