ORDER

Seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of the private respondents herein, the petitioner made a representation. On the representation of the petitioners dated 04.12.2013, notices have been issued by the second respondent to the private respondents on 23.04.2013. Thereafter, the second respondent has directed the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and file a report. As there is no progress, the present writ petition is filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the enquiry notice dated 23.04.2013 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
