ORDER

Earlier, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that they were willing to settle the balance of the dues, provided, the Government releases necessary funds.

2. Today, a cheque bearing No.400471, for a sum of Rs.22,74,387/- has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Since the order of this Court made in W.P.No.32011 Of 2023 dated 09.11.2023 has been complied with, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Anu 28-02-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
