Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in relating to the notification of Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2012 dated 07.03.2012 as far as eligibility criteria to write test in clause 3 in column 2 and quash the same, consequently directing the 2nd respondent to follow the notification issued by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi dated 29.07.2011 with including the graduation and two year diploma in teacher education is eligible to write Paper-II to the classes VI to VIII in the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2012.
