Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.195 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. On perusal of FIR, the case of the prosecution is that there was a business transactions and monetary dispute in between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, due to which on 19.02.2022 at about 12.00 p.m., the petitioners had entered into the defacto complainant's house and attacked him. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that there was a wordy quarrel in between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, due to which the petitioners brutally attacked the defacto complainant and hence the defacto complainant was sustained with grievous injuries and further he was admitted and treated in the hospital for seven days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above facts, the nature of the crime indicates that the petitioners after causing injuries to the defacto complainant, they evaded. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
