Writ petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 18.01.2016 and to settle the Family Pension, Arrears of Family Pension, G.I.S., G.P.F., S.G.P.F., Pay Commission Arrears with 18% interest from the date of death of petitioner's father i.e. 02.09.2007 to the petitioner.

ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 18.01.2016, for settling the Family Pension and all other service benefits due to the deceased father of the writ petitioner.
2.The wife of the employee pre-deceased, and therefore, the writ petitioner who is the daughter of the deceased employee filed the present writ petition seeking settlement of pensionary and terminal benefits and all arrears of family pensions in accordance with the Rules in force. The respondents inspite of the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 18.01.2016, not considered in the same, and no reply has been furnished to the writ petitioner. Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition. 3.In these circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 18.01.2016, and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in the writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
