O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It transpires from the affidavit filed now and on the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General that the stand placed before us was not correct and the road being an one-way road, it is only a 9 meter road. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ not disputed before us that in case this one-way road is

made into a double-way road, the size of the road would be increased to 16 meters. The 9 meter road is stated to be existing and the area above that is being utilised for licence of shops.

2.Learned Additional Advocate General submits that unfortunately these shops have not been auctioned unlike the normal practice and the time period is already over. However, extension has been granted in the present cases till the maximum time period of March, 2017. It is undertaken to this Court that the shops will be reauctioned with fresh licences uniformly commencing in all cases from 1st of April, 2017.

3.No further order is required and the contempt proceedings are closed.
