This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to issue certified copy of the sale certificate, which has been assigned Sl.No.44 in the books maintained by the third respondent pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 27.01.2025.

2. Heard Mr.Vaibhav R Venkatesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Karthick Jagannath, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that if the petitioner pays the necessary charges, the true 2/4

copy of the sale certificate dated 04.10.2023 will be issued by the third respondent.

4. In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to pay the necessary charges and the third respondent shall issue the true copy of the sale certificate dated 04.10.2023, which has been entered in the books maintained by the third respondent in Sl.No.44. This process shall be completed forthwith after necessary charges are paid by the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
