W.P.Nos.5443 and 4571 of 2022 and WMP Nos.4709, 5538 and 6357 of Dr.ANITA SUMANTH,J.

The admitted position is that the respondents have not complied with the directions under orders dated 30.08.2023.

2. Mr.Veerasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board states that Writ Appeals have been filed in W.A.Nos.3383 and 3385 of 2023.

3. However, no order of interim order has been obtained and hence it is incumbent upon the respondents to comply with orders dated 30.08.2023.

4. In light of the clear absence of any intention on the part of the respondents to comply with orders dated 30.08.2023, there is no necessity for the Registry to list these matters any further, as the petitioner states that he is in the process of initiating proceedings for contempt, which would be more appropriate.
