ORDER
This Court, by order dated 24.03.2017, disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.43742 of 2016, directing the State Government to take all earnest efforts to comply with the order of the first respondent dated 18.06.2014 in letter and spirit by removing the balance of encroachments within a period of four weeks. Since the said direction has not
been complied with within a time stipulated, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1773/2014 (A2) dated 04.04.2018 issued by the first respondent, removing all the encroachments in S.No.122/8 of Narasingapuram Village, Attur Taluk. The said submission was fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed.
