The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, challenging the order dated 28.11.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent to grant permission to operate cable TV network in Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. 2.Now, the learned counsel for the respondents filed a report of the Sub Collector, Cheyyar indicating that the cable TV network operation Page No.2 of 4

was neither carried out by the 5th and 6th respondents nor by the petitioner in the Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. 3.In view of the above, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
