ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for executing the sureties as imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23743 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and thereby, the time already granted by this Court to comply with the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.23743 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on condition, that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Thiruvallur.
