Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on that the petitoner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P No.1464 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 and thereby render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1464 of 2022 by an order dated 24.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting once in a week instead of every Monday and Friday. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
