This Court vide interim order dated 03.04.2025 has passed certain directions against the respondents.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have complied with the directions of this Court and to vindicate the said submission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent has produced an acknowledgement dated 18.07.2025 given by the petitioner. In view of the above compliance, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. It is made clear that if there is any violation of implementing the judgement in Crl.A.No.119 of 2024, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the appropriate forum for execution. No costs.
