(CR NO.26/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time for 4 weeks to comply the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 16.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.24657 of 2021 and to pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.A.ARUNESHE for M/S.A.V.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for payment of Rs.5,00,000/- each in pursuance of the anticipatory bail order granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24657 of 2021 dated 16.12.2021. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Time for payment of Rs.5,00,000/- each is extended upto 25.03.2022. No further extension will be granted. In case of failure to deposit the money, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled automatically without any reference to this Court.
