ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7304 of 2025, dated 17.04.2025 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has only 31 days complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and thereafter not complied with.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7304 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six more weeks, and thereafter as and when required for investigation".
