Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to promote her from Secondary Grade Teacher to B.T. Assistant (Science) with effect from 20.11.2011 on par with other juniors with all attendant benefits.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

It is seen that, the Petitioner has made a representation dated 23.12.2010 to the 1st Respondent seeking promotion on par with her juniors who were promoted in the year 2014 itself. As no action has been taken on her representation, the Petitioner is before this Court with the above Writ Petition. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2010 for promotion, if she is otherwise eligible, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.6336 of 2021 is closed.
