This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17401 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26418 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Special Judge NDPS & EC, Chennai on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
