J U D G M E N T

In the above matter, the learned counsel who had entered appearance for the appellant had made an endorsement reporting no instructions and the Registry was directed to take notice to the Principal, Jayalakshmi at a given address. A draft notice has been sent to the appellant through bailiff to the address of service given in the 2/4

plaint and all the other subsequent proceedings. However, the bailiff had returned the notice stating that there is no such street as given in the address of service.

2. The Court had therefore directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant and the matter had been listed today showing the name of the appellant in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
