City Civil Court, Chennai, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 15.07.2013 made in O.S.No.4873 of 2010 on the file of the XVII Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.(in CMP.No.5084/2022 in SA.No.

250/2022) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.NEELAMBAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit in OS.No.4873/2010. Therefore, there is no question of staying the further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2021 passed in AS.No.396/2013 by the learned IV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.Hence, this petition for stay of further proceedings is not maintainable and hence, it is dismissed.

3.However, it is open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application if she has specific grievance with regard to collection of maintenance charges or disconnection of any amenity by any of the respondents.
