Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents No.3 and 4 to remove encroachments made by the 5th respondent in the Sarkar Poramboke Theru Comprised in New Survey No.890/ Old Survey No.627/B part situated at Thekkalur Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering the petitioner representation dated 10.12.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that survey would be conducted within a period of three months and if any encroachment is found upon survey, then action, in accordance with law, to remove the encroachment would be undertaken expeditiously.
