Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for all relevant records relating to the impugned rejection order issued in Rc.No.55/2013-2014(05) dated 26.08.2013 passed by the fifth respondent herein and quash the same as arbitrary, unreasonable, improper, illegal against the rules and regulation of the respondents and violating the fundamental rights guarantees under the Constitution of India and thereby directing the respondents to grant reemployment to the petitioner from 01.09.2013 to 31.05.2014 by permitting to continue the services till the end of the academic year 2013-2014 upto May 2014.

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, aggrieved by the refusal to re-employ him till the end of the academic year 2013-2014.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 27.02.2024, there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. It was brought to the notice of this Court that the lead counsel on record has also passed away. The petitioner is also no more and the fact has already been recorded in a connected order of this Court in W.P.No.9765 of 2011 dated 10.03.2023.

3. In spite of posting the matter today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The legal heirs of the deceased petitioner has also not come forward to prosecute the Writ Petition.

4. In such view of the above facts, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
