ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time provided for filing reply before the 1st respondent as directed by this Court vide its order dated 06.11.2025 passed in W.P.No.42671 of 2025.

2. The Petitioner has complied with the order dated 06.11.2025 though belatedly. There is a marginal delay in complying with the said order in W.P.No.42671 of 2025, and in the connected Writ Petition there is a delay in filing the reply. However, the delay is not substantial.

3. Considering the same, time is extended as prayed for. The Petitioner shall file a reply to the notice within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the concerned Respondent shall proceed to pass a final order on merits and in accordance with law.

4. In case the Petitioner fails to comply with the above stipulations, the concerned Respondent is at liberty to proceed and pass orders based on the available records.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. Rest of the conditions in the order dated 06.11.2025 in W.P.No.42671 of 2025 shall remains unaltered.
